We work with thousands of different brands & merchants in China and we don’t store inventory in Bangladesh. Working this way helps us keep prices low, and it means we can offer varieties of products every day. Our usual Air Shipping time from order to delivery in Bangladesh is 7-20 days (tax included) & 2-3 Months using Sea shipping.  All shipping, customs and tax will be handled by Shadmart Bangladesh. 

আমরা যে কারণে ব্যতিক্রমী: আমরা চীনের বিভিন্ন ব্র্যান্ড ও মার্চেন্ট এর সাথে কাজ করি এবং আমরা কোন প্রোডাক্ট বাংলাদেশে স্টক করে রাখি না। ফলে আমাদের প্রোডাক্টের দাম থাকে কম এবং প্রতিদিন আমরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের পণ্যসামগ্রী সরবরাহ করতে পারি আকর্ষণীয় মূল্যে। পণ্য অর্ডার করে হাতে পাওয়া পর্যন্ত এয়ার শিপিং মাধ্যমে সময় লাগে সাধারণত ১৪ থেকে ২৫ দিন এবং ফাস্ট শিপিং (অ্যারামেক্স) মাধ্যমে ৭ থেকে ১২ দিন। শিপিং, কাস্টমস এবং ট্যাক্স সংক্রান্ত সকল কাজ পরিচালনা করে শাদমার্ট বাংলাদেশ।



1) How can I get a product from you?

উত্তরঃ আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে আপনি অনালাইনে পণ্যের অর্ডার করতে পারেন। কীভাবে আমাদের কাছে পণ্য অর্ডার করবেন তা জানতে অনুগ্রহ করে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।

2) I am confused with the size, how can I select the right size for me? 

Size information is given on the description of the product page. With every page, there is a Size Guide button, you can see how to find the size information easily.

3) How to find the total cost of the product? 

Once you select a shipping method & product's classifications (colour & size) you will be shown the total cost including the shipping charge.

প্রশ্নঃ পণ্যের সর্বমোট খরচ কত তা জানব কীভাবে?

উত্তরঃ শিপিং পদ্ধতি এবং পণ্যের ধরন (রং ও সাইজ) নির্বাচন করলে আপনাকে শিপিং চার্জসহ পণ্যের সর্বসাকুল্য খরচ দেখানো হবে। 

4) How can I pay you?

You can pay using your local debit/credit card, bKash, DBBL Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer and Online Banking.

আপনি লোকাল ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড, বিকাশ, ডিবিবিএল মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ব্যাংক ট্র্যান্সফার এবং অনলাইন ব্যাংকিংয়ের মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারেন।

5) Where is your show-room?

Actually, www.shadmart.com is a complete online shop having offices both in China and Bangladesh.

We have an experience centre, shoppers can visit to see some of our selected products, its quality and durability. You can also pay, place the order and get help regarding size. Address: House 6, Road 10, Banani, Dhaka. Business hours: 11AM - 8PM everyday.

6) How can I trust Shadmart?

Shadmart is registered company in Bangladesh and China. There is no way that your product will not be delivered after you have paid for it. We are here for business & such things will only hamper our reputation. 7) If I want to check a product before buying how is that possible?

প্রশ্নঃ কেনার আগে পণ্য দেখে পছন্দ করার সুযোগ আছে কি? 

উত্তরঃ আমাদের ব্যবসা চীনের হাজারো ব্র্যান্ড ও মার্চেন্টের সাথে। এছাড়া আমরা পণ্যদ্রব্য বাংলাদেশে গুদামজাত করে রাখি না। ফলে আমরা পণ্যের দাম রাখি সীমিত এবং প্রতিদিন নিত্যনতুন পণ্যসামগ্রী সরবরাহ করতে পারি। কাজেই কেনার আগে পণ্য দেখে পছন্দ করার কোনো সুযোগ নেই।

8) How can you guarantee the quality of your products? 

We have a dedicated purchasing team in China, who check the goods when we receive them in our warehouse. They match the colour and design with the picture shown on our website. Once everything is fine, then they send them to our packaging department. 

প্রশ্নঃ পণ্যের গুণগত মানের ব্যাপারে আপনাদের গ্যারান্টি কী?

উত্তরঃ চীনে আমাদের বিশেষজ্ঞ পর্যায়ের ক্রেতা টিম রয়েছে যারা মার্চেন্ট কোম্পানি থেকে আমাদের ওয়্যারহাউজে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পণ্যের গুণগত মান যাচাই করে নেন। তারা পণ্যের রং এবং আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানো ছবির সাথে পণ্যের ডিজাইন মিলিয়ে দেখেন। সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক পেলেই কেবল পণ্যটি আমাদের প্যাকিং ডিপার্টমেন্টে পাঠানো হয়।

9) What is the shipping or delivery charge?

Shipping cost is usually shown on the website, once you select product specification (Colour/Size) etc. We charge you International Shipping Cost only (From China to Bangladesh), and local delivery is free. Our shipping cost is very cheaper comparing to DHL/FeDex. 

প্রশ্নঃ শিপিং বা ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেমন? 

উত্তরঃ আপনি পণ্যের ধরন (রং/সাইজ) নির্বাচন করলে ওয়েবসাইটে আপনাকে শিপিং খরচ দেখানো হবে। আমরা আপনাদের থেকে শুধু আন্তর্জাতিক (চীন থেকে বাংলাদেশ) শিপিং চার্জটুকু নিয়ে থাকি। স্থানীয় ডেলিভারির জন্য আমরা কোনো চার্জ নিই না। ডিএইচএল/ফেডেক্স এর সাথে তুলনা করলে আমাদের শিপিং চার্জ একেবারেই কম।

10) Why don't you provide Cash On Delivery Service? Why do I need to pay in advance for products?

How we are different: We work with thousands of different brands & merchants in China and we don’t store inventory in Bangladesh. Working this way helps us keep prices low, and it means we can offer varieties of products every day.

Sometimes customers order the products and it remains undelivered at our Bangladesh warehouse for a long time due to negligence at the customer end. This is a huge loss for us since we send the product for that customer only from our China Warehouse. To be very frank, when a customer pays even 200 taka for a product they become cautious and eager to get hands on the product as soon as possible.

We are providing varieties of goods at an affordable price with the best service. Try us, You will not be disappointed.

প্রশ্নঃ আপনাদের ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে নগদ মূল্য প্রদান) সুবিধা নেই কেন? পণ্যের অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হয় কেন? 

উত্তরঃ আমরা যে কারণে ব্যতিক্রমী : আমাদের ব্যবসা চীনের হাজারো ব্র্যান্ড ও মার্চেন্ট কোম্পানির সাথে। এছাড়া আমরা পণ্যদ্রব্য বাংলাদেশে গুদামজাত করে রাখি না। ফলে আমরা পণ্যের দাম রাখি সীমিত এবং প্রতিদিন নিত্যনতুন পণ্যসামগ্রী সরবরাহ করতে পারি। 

অনেক সময় কাস্টোমারগণ পণ্যের অর্ডার করার পর তাদের নিজেদের অবহেলার কারণে পণ্যটি দীর্ঘ দিন অনর্পিত অবস্থায় আমাদের বাংলাদেশ ওয়্যারহাউজে পড়ে থাকে। এটি আমাদের জন্য বড় ধরনের ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির কারণ। কেননা, আমাদের পণ্যগুলো আমরা সরাসরি আমাদের চাইনিজ ওয়্যারহাউজ থেকে কাস্টোমারের কাছে পাঠিয়ে থাকি। সত্যি বলতে, কোনো কাস্টোমার যখন একটি পণ্যের জন্য কেবল ২০০ টাকাও অগ্রিম প্রদান করেন, তখন তারা বেশ সজাগ থাকেন এবং যতো দ্রুত সম্ভব পণ্যটি হাতে পাওয়ার জন্য আগ্রহ নিয়ে অপেক্ষা করেন। 

আমরা দিচ্ছি সাশ্রয়ী মূল্যে বিভিন্ন রকমারি পণ্য এবং সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট মানসম্পন্ন গ্রাহকসেবা। আমাদেরকে যাচাই করে দেখুন, আপনি হতাশ হবেন না।

11) Is the price negotiable?

In cases, where we can lessen a price we clearly mention it as a discount in the product cost. Other than that, our products are non-negotiable in terms of price. We also send various offers on special days to our customers via email and facebook page, so make sure you have registered on our website and you have liked our facebook page. 

প্রশ্নঃ পণ্যের মূল্য কি আলোচনা সাপেক্ষ্য? 

উত্তরঃ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের মূল্যহ্রাস করার সুযোগ থাকে, সেসব ক্ষেত্রে আমরা পণ্যের মুল্য তালিকায় মূল্যছাড়ের পরিমাণ স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করে দিই। অন্যথায়, পণ্যের দাম নিয়ে আমাদের সাথে আলোচনা করার কোনো সুযোগ নেই। তবে বিশেষ উপলক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন সময় আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহকদেরকে ইমেইল এবং ফেইসবুক পেইজের মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন করম অফার দিয়ে থাকি। তাই আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে রেজিস্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে এবং আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজে লাইক দিতে ভুলবেন না।

12) How long does it take to get products delivered from you?

Once you place the order, it will take 7-20 working days to deliver in Bangladesh using air shipping, and 7-12 days using fast shipping (Aramex).  All shipping, customs and tax will be handled by Shadmart Bangladesh. 

প্রশ্নঃ আপানদের থেকে পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেতে কত সময় লাগে? 

উত্তরঃ পণ্য অর্ডার করে হাতে পাওয়া পর্যন্ত এয়ার শিপিং মাধ্যমে সময় লাগে সাধারণত 7 থেকে 20 কর্মদিবস এবং ফাস্ট শিপিং (অ্যারামেক্স) মাধ্যমে ৭ থেকে ১২ দিন। শিপিং, কাস্টমস এবং ট্যাক্স সংক্রান্ত সকল কাজ পরিচালনা করে সাদমার্ট  বাংলাদেশ।

13) Do you provide home delivery all over Bangladesh?

At the moment, we are providing home delivery service in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. In other cities we are delivering through SA Paribahan at their nearest office to the customer. Soon we will add more cities in our home delivery map.

প্রশ্নঃ  আপনারা কি সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস দিয়ে থাকেন? 

উত্তরঃ এই মুহূর্তে আমাদের হোম ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস শুধু ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম এবং সিলেটে চালু আছে। অন্য শহরগুলোতে আমরা এসএ পরিবহনের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের নিকটস্থ অফিসে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিই। শীঘ্রই আমাদের হোম ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসের ম্যাপে আরও কিছু শহর যুক্ত হবে।

14) If I want to get the product through another courier service other than your regular provider what I need to do?

In case, SA Paribahan is not present in your locality you can choose either 'Continental' or 'Sundarban' couriers. 

প্রশ্নঃ  আপনাদের নির্ধারিত এসএ পরিবহন ছাড়া অন্যকোনো কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিতে হলে আমাকে কী করতে হবে? 

উত্তরঃ আপনার এলাকায় এসএ পরিবহনের সার্ভিস চালু না থাকলে, আপনি কন্টিনেন্টাল কিংবা সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের যেকোনো একটি পছন্দ করতে পারবেন।

15) Do I need to pay any extra taxes?

No in most of the goods, you don't have to pay extra customs and tax. Shadmart will handle it for you. 

If there is additional tax customer needs to pay for expensive goods, e.g Television, Motorcycle etc we will inform the customer at the time of confirming the order. 

প্রশ্নঃ  আমাকে কি বাড়তি কোনো ট্যাক্স পরিশোধ করতে হবে?

উত্তরঃ অধিকাংশ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে উত্তর হলো না। অর্থাৎ, আপনাকে কোনো বাড়তি কাস্টমস বা ট্যাক্স পরিশোধ করতে হবে না। আপনার জন্য সাদমার্ট  এসব খরচ বহন করবে।

অতিরিক্ত কোনো ট্যাক্স থাকলে বেশি দামী পণ্য যেমন টেলিভিশন, মোটরসাইকেল ইত্যাদির ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টোমারকেই তা পরিশোধ করতে হবে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার সময় আমরা কাস্টোমারকে বিষয়টি অবহিত করব।  

16) Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Shadmart?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Shadmart. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

প্রশ্নঃ  সাদমার্ট  থেকে পণ্য কেনার সময় আমি কোনো হিডডেন চার্জ বা অদৃশ্য খরচ দিচ্ছি তো? 

উত্তরঃ সাদমার্ট  থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার হিডডেন বা অদৃশ্য চার্জ নেই। প্রতিটি পণ্যের জন্য তালিকাভুক্ত মূল্যই হলো ওই পণ্যের চূড়ান্ত এবং সর্বসাকুল্য মূল্য। প্রডাক্ট পেইজে যে মূল্য উল্লেখ করা আছে, আপনি ঠিক সেই মূল্যই পরিশোধ করেন।

17) What is your return policy?

প্রশ্নঃ আপনাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি (পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা) কী?

উত্তরঃ অনুগ্রহ করে, সাদমার্ট তে  অর্ডার করার পুর্বে আমাদের মূল্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।
