How do I cancel or edit an order?

If your order status showing these statuses "**Paid, Processing, Procured, Receive in CN Warehouse**" then you cannot edit or cancel the order.

To edit or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team using Facebook or Live Chat as soon as possible, referring to your order number. 

If the order Status is showing "**Shipped from China Warehouse**", it means we have already shipped the goods from our China Warehouse, and we can't do anything regarding your order.
